We are dedicated to comprehensive athlete development. Our programs integrate strength and conditioning, speed mechanics, and specialized baseball performance training. For youth athletes, we focus on a long-term development model that builds the foundational movement quality required for career longevity and peak physical dominance.

Training here is hands-on and coached by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). We don't just provide workouts; we provide an education. Our goal is to expand the athlete's knowledge of their own physiology while providing the coached guidance needed to reach their specific goals and exceed their own expectations.

Sean Flores, founder of Optimal Performance, holds a B.S. in Kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His mission is rooted in the precision of improving athletic performance through concentrated development of strength, speed, power, and movement quality. By integrating science-backed injury prevention protocols, Sean bridges the gap between raw talent and competitive dominance for youth and high school athletes.
Dedicated to continuous growth in the field of human performance, Sean is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). This advanced academic path ensures that every athlete under his guidance benefits from the most current clinical insights and physiological expertise available in professional sports training today.

1-on 1 Training
Individualized coaching and programming tailored to the athlete's goals, sport, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Highschool July Training Block
4-week performance training program held every Monday and Wednesday for athletes ages 15–18. Focused on strength, power, speed, and maximizing athletic performance.
Youth July Training Block
4-week performance training program held every Monday and Wednesday for athletes ages 10–14. Focused on strength, speed, movement quality, and athletic development.
